In their practice, they work with painterly and performative gestures along with set design and costumes. Using the processes of materiality to slow down and make some sense of domestic trauma. 

Working in collaboration with Lau Kaker under the name ‘demarcate’ with musicians, dancers, biologists, and curators to explore the migrations of plants through territories. 

Shado is a member of Tate Young Producers, the Art History Association, and the Bioart Society. They were a part of Performance Philosophy Festival 2022 and have an ongoing set of performances connecting artists in West-Yorkshire. They have studied in CSM London, Uniarts Helsinki and are continuing their study of Fine Art-History of Art in University of Leeds.
